Alright...Alright...Alright....I know it took me two days to do it...but I DID! Here is the video of my Big Chop Results. Included in the Video: Texture Shots Dry Hair Photos Wet Hair Photos Dry Combed Out Photos My First Natural Hair Style Photos Hair Twisted Immediately After The Chop (Disaster) However, just to clear things up....the twist out was a terrible...terrible...LOOK...a least for me. There was no GAT DOG on way I would ever leave the house let alone.....the internet check that mess out. lol Hence why I did not show the results. However, I used WATER...MOISTURIZER...& Eco Styler Gel for my final look. My hair to my surprise would actually curl up on its own when it was moist. The gel helped to greatly reduce the amount of frizz in my hair. I apply those products....which I can share on a later post...and separate the hair and it curled up on its own from there. I actually love this style because it reminds me of my FAVORITE style.."BANTU KN...

I had to Clip more hair aside from the first video I posted! Well...I was only supposed to get a trim BUT....my hair in the front was way longer than the back.  So much so that when I wore buns....the only hair included was from the front half of my hair..  :0.....I know RIGHT. My mother just chopped a week ago...I was muy JEALOUS. I was excited to see my real texture of hair. I was tired of dealing with my two textures of hair. I LOVED my mother's new natural hairstyle. Lastly....WHAT THE HECK...WHY NOT! Nothing else cool was going on in my life. HOW ? My mother sectioned my hair and applied conditioner. She clipped all of the straight ends not matching my natural texture. After I washed my hair I noticed that a trim was not ENOUGH. Believe me everyone it was ...

My mom just cut the rest of her perm off today!!! Yay! So happy for her BUT it makes me soooo ready to do mines. Her hair is way more curlier than I expected....it's so beautiful! I will post her video soon. (4gradesnatural) However, I put bantu knots in my hair tonight and accidentally left a piece out. Sooooo you already know what I did....yes I cut it!!! I wanted to see how long my hair has grown in a year....my natural hair. To my surprise it grew a little over 6 inches for the year yay! Thats a half inch every month which is a normal growth rate. My hair looks super short until you stretch it out. Watch me Grow!

Hello My NATURALS AND TRANSITIONERS!!! I have been transitioning from my permed hair to natural hair for a year now! Most of my transition I didn't notice because it was not an active choice because I had NO idea I wanted to be natural! But I am so glad I made the decision and would never and will never go back!  I have cute my hair...bantu knotted it...twisted it...braided it...but NO flat ironing. I have not straightened my hair in at least 6 months. Quite frankly it is not difficult to refrain from heat styles. I love my hair and have learned how to manipulate it. Watch out for my video soon....It will be uploaded on ANNOINTMYHAIR36 very shortly. Check this post I will post it here. I have various textures...some spiral...some wavy...some zzz...oh goodness.lol

Not too long ago I cut about 3-4 inches of my hair off. I was a little afraid of how to handle my hair at first after the chop. However, omg I did bantu knots on my hair immediately and BOOM I was like heeeeeeeeeeey.lol I was really feeling my curly afro. I love my hair and I am so happy with my transition thus far. You should be able to see how my hair turned out in this video. And the explanation of why my hair is gold on the top ;p. But um comments...questions...concerns? Hit me up! And omg I have been using grapeseed oil in my hair as of lately along with my family....and guess what my hair is soooo SOFT LOVE IT! However, I just uploaded a Vday hair special behind the scenes from the up-do my mother gave me.    I love big, wild, edgy hair so she gave me something a little different. I like to call it my bohemian up-do ; ) However, as you all know I just cut 3- inches of hair off so I was not sure how COOL of a hairstyle I could actually get. lol Omg why would I think my mom would have issues with my new hair. Cause you know what she ROCKED IT! And guess what I can wear this for a few days later! Omg what would we do without protective styling! Braids, twists, two strand twists, and bantu knots were all used to achieve this look. But don't worry it sounds more complicated than it actually is. haha But anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful Valentines with your loved ones! -xoxo...

Hey everyone: Let me be honest...I like to change hairstyles a lot. Soooooooooooo the protective style I recently had in for a little over a week did not last long. Although I do plan on wearing them again and quite frequently. However, as I mentioned before....my hair in the front was quite a few inches longer than the back of my hair. Which leads me to this POST! I had my mother even all of my hair up to match the back. Had this been a few years ago I probably would have freaked. But....I feel hmmmm LIBERATED....I cannot wait until all of my hair is natural.
